This policy explains cancellations, returns and refunds for products, services and online payments made to Shreeji Infotech.
Cancellation
- Before dispatch or before work starts: you can cancel an order by calling, WhatsApp or email. We refund the full amount paid, less any cost already incurred with your approval (for example, items specially ordered for you).
- Special or project orders: once material has been ordered from the supplier for your project, the advance is adjusted against the material and is not refundable.
- Services and AMC: a service visit can be cancelled free of charge before the engineer leaves for your site. An AMC can be cancelled within 7 days of payment if no visit has been made. After that, no refund is given for the period already covered.
Returns and replacement
- A product that is wrong, damaged in transit or dead on arrival must be reported within 7 days of delivery, with photos, the invoice and the original box and accessories.
- After checking, we will replace or repair the item, or refund it if replacement is not possible. Defects after this period are handled under the manufacturer's warranty.
- We cannot accept returns of products that are used, physically damaged, or missing their box or accessories, or of software licences once activated.
- Completed installation, repair and service work is not refundable. If you are not satisfied with our work, tell us within 7 days and we will attend to it again free of charge.
Refund process
- Approved refunds are made to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 7 working days of approval.
- After we process it, your bank may take another 5 to 7 working days to show the amount in your account.
- If a payment was deducted but our order shows it as failed, the amount is reversed automatically by the bank or payment gateway, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
