These terms apply when you use www.shreejiinfotech.in, ask us for a quotation, buy products, book a service or AMC, or make a payment to Shreeji Infotech ("we", "us"). Shreeji Infotech is a proprietorship firm based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat (GSTIN 24AMLPP1118K1Z0). By using this website or paying us, you agree to these terms.
Products and services
We sell, install and maintain computers, laptops, networking equipment, servers, CCTV systems, biometric attendance and access control systems, boom barriers, swing and flap barriers, and turnstiles. We also provide repair, AMC and IT support services.
- Product details, prices and the scope of work are confirmed in our written quotation or invoice. If anything on the website differs from the quotation, the quotation applies.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). GST is charged as applicable and shown on the invoice.
- Prices and availability can change without notice until an order is confirmed.
Orders and payment
- An order is confirmed when we accept it in writing (quotation, email or WhatsApp) and receive the agreed advance or full payment.
- Online payments are processed securely by our payment partner, Razorpay. You can pay using UPI, debit or credit cards, net banking or wallets. We never see or store your card details.
- Please quote your invoice or quotation number when you pay, so we can match the payment.
- Large projects may need an advance before materials are ordered, with the balance due on installation, as written in the quotation.
Installation and service
- Installation dates are agreed with you. The customer must give our team safe access to the site, power points and any permissions needed.
- Work outside the agreed scope (extra cabling, extra devices, civil work) is charged separately after your approval.
- AMC terms, visit frequency and what is covered are written in the AMC agreement or quotation.
Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are handled as per the manufacturer's policy, and we help you raise and follow up the claim. Physical damage, burn marks, liquid damage, power surges, tampering and use against the manual are not covered.
Limitation of liability
Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not responsible for indirect loss such as loss of data, business or profit. Please keep a backup of your data before handing over any computer, laptop or server for repair.

Content on this website is for general information. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to describe the products we work with.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
