This policy explains how and when we deliver products and carry out installation.
Delivery area
- Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar: delivered by our own team, usually within 1 to 3 working days after the order is confirmed, if the item is in stock.
- Other places in Gujarat and India: sent by courier or transport, usually delivered within 3 to 7 working days after dispatch.
- Items not in stock, project orders and bulk orders are delivered on the date written in the quotation or order confirmation.
Charges
Delivery and installation charges, if any, are shown in the quotation or invoice before you pay.
Installation
For products that need installation (CCTV, attendance machines, access control, barriers, turnstiles, networking), our engineer will call you to fix a date. Installation normally happens within 2 to 5 working days of delivery, depending on site readiness.
Tracking and delays
- For courier shipments, we share the courier name and tracking number by WhatsApp or email.
- If a delivery is delayed because of stock, transport or other reasons beyond our control, we will inform you and give a new date.
- Please check the package at delivery. If the box is damaged, note it on the delivery receipt and inform us within 48 hours with photos.
Services and digital items
Service, repair and AMC work is delivered at your site or at our office as agreed. Software downloads on this website are free and are delivered instantly from the Downloads page.
